Job Title: Operator I - 2nd Shift

Location: Irvine, CA

Duration: 12 Months

Pay Rate: $18.00-$19.00/hr on W2

For Irvine 2nd shift Hiring Thursday 2:30p - 5:30p.

Job Summary:

This position is responsible for the production of high-quality medical devices within a cleanroom environment.

Job Responsibilities:

Working under close supervision, perform a combination of assembly, repair, and test operations on medical devices.
Maintain compliance and quality while performing routine assignments according to standardized procedures.
Clearly communicate ideas, problems, and solutions.
Maintain a positive attitude while interacting with internal and external customers.
Follow all safety guidelines while onsite.
Maintain accurate documentation to ensure product traceability and support quality requirements.
Read, comprehend, and follow written procedures and verbal instructions.
Handle and maneuver small components and parts under a microscope.
Sit and stand for extended periods of time.
Perform repetitive tasks such as grabbing, pinching, pulling, and twisting.

Preferred Experience:

Manual assembly of medical devices.
Assembly and use of tools under a microscope for extended periods.
Hand soldering experience.
Cleanroom manufacturing experience.
Maintaining written and electronic documentation.

Additional Requirements:

Must follow cleanroom dress code requirements.
Clothing must be clean, non-shedding, and free of loose threads, frayed hems, or materials that can become dislodged.
Closed-toe shoes, socks/stockings, and proper production area attire are required.
No nail polish, acrylic nails, artificial nails, jewelry, or uncovered piercings allowed in the production area.
Must maintain proper hygiene and follow all cleanroom safety procedures.
