This opportunity calls for a licensed pharmacist with experience in retail and long-term care settings to support medication dispensing and patient care. Working a regular schedule, you will ensure accurate distribution of prescribed drugs while offering valuable information and guidance to customers regarding their medications.

Location: Hampton, VA
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM
Assignment Type: Contract, 8+ weeks starting August 10

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately dispense medications prescribed by physicians and healthcare practitioners
• Provide clear, informative guidance to patients about proper medication use and potential side effects
• Maintain a strong focus on delivering superior customer service tailored to individual patient needs

Desired Qualifications:

• Valid Virginia pharmacist license
• Experience in retail pharmacy and/or long-term care pharmacy settings preferred
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with patients and healthcare teams
