About the Role As a BCBA at ANNA, you’ll play a key role in developing and implementing individualized intervention plans using a neurodiversity affirming, NDBI approach . You’ll supervise and train therapy staff, collaborate closely with families, and ensure the highest standard of care for each child. Key Responsibilities Assessment & Treatment Planning: Conduct comprehensive assessments to uncover each child's unique strengths and use that data to build individualized treatment plans designed to fuel their development, growth, and joy, grounded in play-based, naturalistic strategies that meet children where they are. Lead & Mentor: Be more than a supervisor. Be a leader and mentor to a small team of 5–6 Behavior Technicians. Guide their clinical growth through weekly individual and group supervision, helping them become confident, skilled practitioners who love the work they do. Family Partnership: Learn and implement a structured, curriculum-based NDBI parent training model that equips families to bring the magic of play-based intervention into their everyday lives. You'll be a true partner to parents, building their confidence and skills to support their child's growth at home and in the community. Data-Driven Decision Making: Monitor client progress through ongoing data collection and analysis, adjusting treatment plans proactively to ensure every child is hitting meaningful milestones. Qualifications BCBA Certification (Required) Experience working with young autistic children (under the age of 6) Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Naturalistic Developmental Behavioral Intervention (NDBI) experience preferred (e.g., ESDM, PRT, JASPER). Commitment to learning and working within a neurodiversity-affirming environment.
