What You'll Do

• Build lasting relationships with clients and provide exceptional customer service

• Educate customers on insurance products and coverage options

• Quote, sell, and service insurance policies

• Process payments, renewals, endorsements, and policy changes

• Assist with marketing and community outreach activities

• Support daily office operations

• Achieve individual and team sales goals

Qualifications

• Customer-focused attitude and strong communication skills

• Reliable transportation (this position will require you travel to different locations)

• Authorized to work in the United States

• Ability to pass a background check required for licensing

• Willingness to obtain a Personal Lines Insurance License

• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred

Schedule

• Monday-Friday: 9:00 AM - 7:00 PM

• Saturday-Sunday: 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM

• Weekends, holidays, and overtime are required
