• Shift: 7a-7a 24-hour call coverage; onsite call-back hours approximately 2-4 hours daily
• Hours/Week: Variable based on call schedule
• Employment Type: Contract/Per Diem
• License/Certs: Medical license in Michigan, ACLS preferred
• Experience: Urology clinical experience preferred, but not required

Pay & Benefits:

• Hourly Pay Rate: $1.00/hr
• Pay Package Includes: Weekly pay via direct deposit, comprehensive medical benefits (W-2), licensure, certification, travel reimbursements where applicable, and additional reimbursements as needed

What You’ll Do:

• Provide 24-hour call coverage for urology patients with onsite call-back support
• Rounding on new admissions and inpatient care as needed
• Respond to patient calls, consults, and transfers during call shifts
• Document all call-back hours, reasons, and patient interactions accurately
• Manage patients for issues such as kidney stones, stent placements, hematuria, and difficult catheterizations
• Support hospital procedures in urology including consults on various urological conditions

What You Need:

• Valid medical license in Michigan
• Urology experience preferred but not mandatory
• Ability to respond quickly and onsite within 20 minutes
• Strong documentation skills for call hours and patient notes
• Dependability and professionalism in a hospital setting
