Server/Bartender Position at Founders ClubFounders Club is a members-focused restaurant and bar offering elevated dining in a welcoming, energetic atmosphere. Our space includes a full-service dining room and bar, a Topgolf Swing Suite, and the hidden Knock & Talk Speakeasy. Our team creates memorable experiences through great food, quality drinks, attentive service, and genuine relationships with our members and guests.Founders Club is seeking an outgoing and customer-focused Server/Bartender. This position provides food and beverage service throughout the restaurant, bar, Speakeasy, and special-event spaces. Team members may work serving or bartending shifts based on experience and business needs. The ideal candidate is dependable, professional, comfortable in a fast-paced environment, and committed to providing friendly and attentive service.Hours of Operation:Monday–Saturday: 11:00 a.m.–9:00 p.m.Sunday: 10:00 a.m.–8:00 p.m.Applicants must have flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events. Hours will vary based on business needs. Full-time opportunities may become available based on performance, availability, and staffing needs.Responsibilities:Greet members and guests promptly and provide a welcoming experienceProvide knowledgeable service in serving and bartending roles as scheduledExplain menu offerings, daily specials, featured drinks, and promotionsAccurately take and enter food and beverage orders into the POS systemPrepare and serve cocktails, beer, wine, and nonalcoholic beverages according to established recipesMonitor assigned tables, bar guests, and surrounding service areasCheck in with guests throughout their visit and promptly address questions or concernsBuild relationships with members and provide personalized serviceMake thoughtful menu recommendations and suggest additional items when appropriateVerify identification and follow all responsible alcohol-service requirementsAccurately process cash, credit card, member-account, and other approved paymentsComplete assigned opening, closing, stocking, cleaning, and side-work responsibilitiesMaintain clean, organized, and fully stocked dining and bar areasPre-bus and reset tables promptlyCommunicate effectively with the kitchen, bar, host team, and managementSupport fellow team members and assist in other service areas as neededFollow all food-safety, sanitation, liquor-law, and company policiesAssist with member events, private parties, and restaurant promotionsPerform additional duties as assigned by managementQualifications:Previous serving, bartending, or hospitality experience preferredKnowledge of cocktails, beer, wine, and responsible alcohol serviceStrong communication and customer-service skillsAbility to multitask and remain composed in a fast-paced environmentDependable, punctual, and able to work effectively as part of a teamAbility to learn menu offerings, drink recipes, promotions, and membership benefitsAbility to accurately handle cash and electronic paymentsMust meet all legal requirements for serving alcoholic beveragesFlexible availability, including evenings and weekendsBenefits and Perks:Employee membership and facility benefitsFlexible schedulingOpportunities for additional hours and advancement401(k) with company match for eligible employeesFounders Club at 88 Tactical is an equal opportunity employer.
