Required Experience and Skills:
- 2 years NICU experience in a level 3 or higher is required.
- RN will float to Women & Newborn unit (post-partum) as well as Pediatrics as needed.
- Strong skills in assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating the effectiveness of treatments and the plan of care.
- Ability to administer medications, perform complex procedures, and work with complicated technology.

Preferred Experience:
- Previous travel experience.

Certifications and Licenses:
- BLS (Basic Life Support) required.
- NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) required.
- PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) preferred.

Education:
- A valid RN license is required, but specific degree details are not provided.

Additional Requirements:
- Must live at least 100 miles away from the facility to which they are applying.
- If previously employed by CoxHealth, must have been gone for at least 2 years.
