We are looking for an experienced HVAC Installer who takes pride in their work, is dependable, and wants to grow with a company that values integrity and professionalism.
Responsibilities
- Install residential and light commercial HVAC systems.
- Install air conditioners, heat pumps, gas furnaces, evaporator coils, air handlers, and ductless mini-split systems.
- Install and modify ductwork.
- Follow manufacturer specifications and local building codes.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Provide professional customer service on every job.
- Complete paperwork accurately and efficiently.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of HVAC installation experience required.
- Experience installing:
- Air Conditioners
- Heat Pumps
- Gas Furnaces
- Evaporator Coils
- Air Handlers
- Ductless Mini-Split Systems
- Ductwork
- Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
- Troubleshooting and diagnostic experience is a plus.
- EPA Universal Certification preferred.
- Valid California driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Must be at least 25 years old to qualify for our commercial vehicle insurance.
- Ability to lift 75+ lbs. and work in attics, crawl spaces, rooftops, and outdoor environments.
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and reliable attendance.
- Must be able to read blueprints
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site.
- Provide outstanding customer service and communicate professionally with homeowners and business owners.
