Job Description

• Create Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess patients' needs to develop personalized therapy strategies aimed at realizing their functional ambitions
• Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Apply research-driven methods to boost patients' mobility, cognitive abilities, and daily activities
• Engage in Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Work hand-in-hand with OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to provide holistic and comprehensive care
• Educate Patients and Families: Guide patients and their loved ones on therapeutic approaches to encourage ongoing success at home
• Monitor, Document, and Adapt: Track patient progress while modifying therapeutic interventions to ensure effective and sustained recovery

Education

• Completed a degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Continuing education or additional certifications are supported and encouraged

Certifications

• Possession of a valid Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license
• NBCOT certification is a requirement
