Location: Gentle Dental Eugene 1680 Chambers Road Suite 204 Eugene, OR 97402, USA

Hourly Rate between $55 - $65 per hour

Position Qualifications:

• Accredited Hygiene Technical School or College
• Current applicable State Dental License (or the ability to acquire one by time of employment)
• Other licenses/certifications such as CPR, local certified anesthesia
