If you have a passion to work in the healthcare field and support individuals with disabilities, we offer a no-cost Nursing Assistant Certification Program for full-time employees.Some of what you will do:Assist residents with activities of daily living, self-help and therapeutic activities, recreation, and social skillsProvide personal care and hygiene assistance to male and female residentsTake vital signs and report dataAssist in meal preparations, adhere to diet orders by differentiating food and liquid textures/consistencies, and assist in feeding residentsDocument any observed changes in resident behavior, physical status, and possible medical or psychological conditionsReposition and transfer residents using state of the art equipment and a team approachNestled in the town of Medical Lake, Lakeland Village RHC is 25 minutes south of downtown Spokane and offers a warm and inviting community to residents and staff.
