Junior HR Administrator
Required Skills & Experience: Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field preferred. 3-5 years of HR administration experience Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Experience with HRIS systems such as Workday, UKG, ADP, SAP, or Oracle HCM. Knowledge of basic employment laws and HR best practices. SHRM-CP, PHR, or HR certification coursework in progress is a plus.
Job Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Junior HR Administrator to support day-to-day Human Resources operations. This role is ideal for an early-career HR professional looking to build experience across employee onboarding, HR systems administration, personnel records management, benefits support, and employee relations.
The Junior HR Administrator will work closely with HR leadership and business stakeholders to ensure a positive employee experience while maintaining accurate HR records and supporting HR processes throughout the employee lifecycle.
