Embark on a rewarding contract opportunity as a school nurse, supporting students in a vibrant K-12 school environment. This full-time, onsite assignment runs from August 17, 2026, through June 18, 2026, and offers the unique experience of serving as a floater nurse. In this role, you’ll commute between several nearby campuses, all within a six-mile radius, to provide essential healthcare services. Key Qualifications:

• Hold an active Massachusetts RN or LPN license
• Demonstrated school-based nursing experience
• Comfortable working across multiple K-12 campuses
• Reliable transportation for daily commutes
• Ability to commit to an 8 AM–4 PM, Monday to Friday schedule (no schedule accommodations)
• Completion of fingerprinting and CORI background process
• Willing to participate in a Zoom interview

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver skilled nursing care, first aid, and medical support to students and staff
• Travel between campuses as needed to ensure continuous medical coverage
• Manage and administer medications, treatments, and care plans
• Respond effectively to acute health needs and emergencies
• Collaborate closely with teachers, counselors, and school administration
• Maintain accurate medical records and uphold confidentiality standards
• Provide health education to students and staff
