Registered Nurse (RN)

Are you an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) seeking a challenging and rewarding opportunity in the field of Medical Surgical nursing? Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the healthcare team to provide safe and high-quality care to patients/residents, following individualized care plans that support positive patient outcomes.
• Treat all patients/residents with dignity and respect, upholding and maintaining their rights. Oversee non-clinical and support staff personnel.
• Assess the healthcare needs of patients, considering their specific needs across the age spectrum, from neonatal to geriatric.
• Develop and prioritize care plans to meet the healthcare needs of assigned patients.
• Deliver nursing care in accordance with established standards of nursing practice and policies.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of nursing care to ensure responsible and appropriate care is provided to patients.
• Hold yourself accountable for delivering responsible nursing care, demonstrating effective communication and interpersonal skills. Take responsibility for your own professional development and assist in the development of other staff members.

Submission Requirements

• 2+ years of nursing experience is required.
• Prior travel experience: preferred
• First to float: required
• COVID vaccine: required
• Epic experience: highly preferred.
