Job Responsibilities: Receive, verify, and process incoming shipments, ensuring accuracy and quality control. Stock and organize materials in designated warehouse locations, segregating backorders, and consolidating inventory when needed. Perform pick, pack, weigh, and label tasks for shipping, including assembly and hold orders. Prepare shipping documents such as bills of lading and express receipts with attention to detail. Assist with loading trucks and ensuring smooth delivery operations. Maintain accurate documentation for local deliveries and return processes. Conduct quality inspections on returned materials and process returns for credit or re-shelving. Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe by assembling/disassembling shelving and maintaining equipment. Administer preventative maintenance on delivery vehicles and warehouse tools to ensure safety and efficiency. Address customer complaints professionally, resolving issues or directing them to the appropriate supervisor. Support counter sales as needed, maintaining stock levels and customer service. Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED required 1-2 years of warehouse experience Basic computer skills Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Comfortable working on your feet in a fast-paced environment Ability to operate hand tools and heavy equipment safely Comfortable working in a warehouse environment with moderate noise levels, varied weather conditions, and safety requirements.
