Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to penetrate key markets, particularly focusing on the Department of Defense, Department of Homeland Security, and other federal agencies.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize sales efforts and leverage internal resources for maximum impact.
• Foster and expand relationships with existing clients while actively pursuing new business opportunities.
• Manage a pipeline of sales opportunities, ensuring consistent growth and achievement of sales targets.
• Negotiate and close deals, while promoting additional services such as warranties and renewals.
• Provide expert advice and support to clients on current and emerging CUAS technologies.
• Prepare detailed reports on sales forecasts, capture plans, and market trends for management review.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility and market presence.

Qualifications:

• Extensive experience and established connections within key verticals such as defense, federal agencies, and law enforcement.
• Minimum of 7 years in successfully executing and closing sales campaigns in relevant markets.
• Experience selling to the USAF and USN, with a focus on hardware and RF solutions.
• Based in the DC area with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proven ability to lead sales engagements independently, prioritize tasks, and adapt swiftly to changing environments.
• Willingness to travel frequently (approximately 40% of the time).
