About the Position

As a Psychiatric Registered Nurse, you will provide direct patient care in a secure inpatient mental health setting serving patients with complex psychiatric and behavioral health conditions.

You will work alongside psychiatrists, psychologists, social workers, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to provide safe, structured, and evidence-based patient care.

Qualifications

We are looking for RNs with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in areas such as:

• Psychiatric nursing
• Inpatient mental health
• Behavioral health
• Correctional healthcare
• Forensic mental health
• Detention healthcare
• High-acuity behavioral health

Diploma- or associate-prepared RNs with significant psychiatric or behavioral health experience may also be considered.

Requirements

• Active U.S. RN license
• Minimum 2 years of relevant nursing experience
• Psychiatric, behavioral health, correctional, forensic, or comparable experience
• Willingness to relocate to Colorado
• Willingness to commit to a 3-year contract
