Job Description:
- 1-10 years of experience as a chief of staff, founder, or operator (ideally around 5 years, fewer than 10)
- Advanced spreadsheet skills, quantitative analysis, unit economics and financial modeling
Nice-to-Have
- Experience as a founder, in a founder-office, or as an operator
- Technical background and practical AI, software, and data fluency (coding not required)
- Daily agentic AI use, verification, and failure handling
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Intelligence, hard work, and high integrity, with a preference for startup or technical backgrounds
- Open to varied backgrounds, including investment banking and consulting
- Preference for rapid growth within companies or founder-like experience
