Campaign Delivery Project Manager

Job Summary
Our client is seeking a Campaign Delivery Project Manager to join their team! As a Campaign Delivery Project Manager you will collaborate with smart and passionate leaders to build and deliver communications across various stages of integration.


The ideal candidate for this role would have hands on experience and have managed multiple concurrent projects; agency PM experience is also strong match.



Core Responsibilities

• Manage 10 to 12 active projects at any given time
• Assess project status and adjusting timelines
• Facilitate reviews and stakeholder alignment
• Escalate risks to leads/director
• Participate in prioritization and problem-solving routines
• Collaborate or tag team on larger initiatives depending on workload and complexity
• Effectively manage scope, schedules, prioritization, and capacity management across the end-to-end workflow of intent and supporting delivery teams
• Lead and orchestrate communication delivery of intent to ensure flawless execution across all delivery channels
• Partner with project stakeholders to provide strategic and tactical recommendations in support of project delivery
• Design, develop, and manage project plans in a complex dynamic environment, revising needs to meet changing requirements
• Ensure projects are being documented appropriately to mitigate risk and are delivered on time

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay Range: The approximate pay range for this position is between $30.00 and $40.00 . Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location. We comply with local wage minimums.
