About the Position:
\n • Full-time, hospital employed position.

Requirements
\n • Residency/fellowship trained from an accredited Psychiatry program.
\n • Must be American Board Eligible/Certified.

About Outpatient Behavioral Health
\n Our outpatient behavioral health practice provides comprehensive, patient-centered care for patients 
\n with a wide range of behavioral health conditions. Providers use medication management, 
\n psychotherapy, and an intensive outpatient program to deliver individualized care. 
\n Our outpatient team includes a growing group of psychiatrists, advanced practice providers, and 
\n professional counselors. The practice operates Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., 
\n delivering comprehensive, coordinated care for a diverse patient population.

About Our Psychiatry Residency Program
\n Psychiatry is rapidly expanding in our region, and Onvida Health is at the forefront of this growth. 
\n Graduate Medical Education is evolving alongside our clinical programs. In 2025, Onvida Health 
\n launched a new 3-year adult Psychiatry Residency Program within its established Graduate Medical 
\n Education program, originally founded in 2013. The program welcomed its inaugural class of four 
\n residents in July 2025 and is actively growing, reflecting the increasing demand for psychiatric care and 
\n the health system’s commitment to advancing education and clinical excellence in behavioral health. 
\n This expansion provides a unique opportunity to join a forward-looking program and contribute to the 
\n development of psychiatric services in Southwest Arizona.

Compensation
\n • Strong base salary + PLUS wRVU productivity incentive compensation + PLUS Eligible for annual 
\n quality incentive compensation, an additional 5% of base salary.
