We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Licensed Clinical Therapist to join our growing behavioral health team in Columbus, Ohio. This full-time day-shift opportunity offers a high annual salary package, competitive benefits, and the chance to provide meaningful, person-centered care while growing within a supportive and collaborative organization.

 

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and group therapy to clients experiencing mental health and/or substance use challenges.
• Complete assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, crisis and safety plans, and discharge documentation.
• Provide crisis intervention and clinical support when needed.
• Coordinate care with clients, families, community providers, and multidisciplinary team members.
• Connect clients with appropriate community resources and support services.
• Deliver person-centered, strength-based, culturally sensitive, and recovery-oriented care.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in accordance with HIPAA, 42 CFR Part 2, licensing, and organizational requirements.
• Participate in team meetings, case consultation, and program development activities.

 

Required Qualifications

• Active Ohio license:  LCDC II, LCDC III, LPC, LPCC, LSW, LISW, or LICDC .
• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field.
• Strong communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for helping individuals achieve recovery and long-term stability.
• Valid Ohio driver’s license and appropriate insurance.
• Successful completion of required background and compliance checks.

  Pay and benefits:

• $50,000–$83,500 annual salary
