Store Customer Service Rep

Join our team as a Customer Service Representative at our St Louis location! We're looking for enthusiastic individuals to provide exceptional service at our 5201 Grand Blvd store. • Answer incoming phone calls and handle customer inquiries professionally
• Take and process customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Prepare food items according to company standards and recipes
• Operate the cash register and handle financial transactions
• Provide outstanding customer service, addressing concerns and resolving issues promptly
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods
• Assist with various tasks as needed, including cleaning and restocking
• Lift and move items weighing up to 25 lbs
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and food safety guidelines
