Store Customer Service Rep

Provide outstanding customer service by greeting customers, answering inquiries, and resolving issues promptly and professionally
Take customer orders accurately and efficiently via phone and in-person
Process cash and credit card transactions with precision
Prepare and assemble food items according to company standards
Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours
Handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Assist with inventory management and restocking as needed
Adapt to changing customer needs and company priorities with a positive attitude
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and empathetic demeanor
Strong verbal and written communication abilities
Proven ability to follow directions and adhere to company policies
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
Basic math skills for cash handling and order processing
Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
Basic computer skills for operating point-of-sale systems
Keen attention to detail to ensure order accuracy
Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks
Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to support colleagues
High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required
