- Answer incoming phone calls, chats, and emails from patients
- Respond to inquiries related to medications, orders, and general support
- Assist users within a patient portal system
- Provide accurate, timely, and professional customer service
- Maintain detailed records of interactions and follow-ups

- Stable Monday-Friday schedule (no weekends)

- Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required
- A personal computer that you can use for work purposes will be required while working as a contractor prior to conversion.
- This is a contract-to-hire opportunity with the potential for permanent placement
- Position is not client-facing - all interactions are handled via telehealth platforms
