Global Payroll, Equity & Benefits Manager

Avoca, a rapidly growing startup, seeks a dedicated owner for payroll, benefits, equity, and compliance to scale global people operations. You’ll ensure accurate payroll, smooth benefits, and clean equity tracking across jurisdictions while building scalable processes as we grow. Reporting to the People Operations Lead, you’ll manage multi-state and international compliance, coordinate with Finance, and serve as the primary contact for payroll and equity questions. #J-18808-Ljbffr Avoca
