- Oversee daily operations, ensuring quality control and streamlined workflows for optimal efficiency.
- Get tasks done urgently and efficiently
- Manage and Establish vendor relationships and negotiate prices to support business needs.
- Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and company policies across all locations.
- Experience in operations in a top-rated insurance and tax services environment.
- Strengthen your strategic thinking and leadership potential in an engaging, team-driven environment.
- Develop and improve your organizational, and operational skill-set

- Paid time off, 401k plan, and mileage reimbursement.
- Major Holidays off
- Flexible schedules including 8 or 10-hour shifts, Monday to Friday, with some weekend availability when needed.
- 1+ year of operations experience, previous management experience preferred
- High school degree required; experience in the insurance or tax preparation industry is preferred.
- Strong strategic vision and excellent communication skills.
- Urgency to get tasks done as quickly as possible
- Bilingual Spanish Speaking candidates highly encouraged to apply.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between locations if ever needed
