Our client is seeking an experienced and strategic Director of Digital Communications & Engagement in Fort Worth, TX, to lead the development and execution of comprehensive digital communication strategies that strengthen brand awareness, drive audience engagement, and support organizational goals. This leadership role oversees digital content, social media, email marketing, website management, and online engagement initiatives, ensuring a consistent and compelling brand presence across all digital channels. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and storytelling skills, experience leading cross-functional teams, and a proven track record of utilizing data and analytics to optimize digital performance and audience growth. Responsibilities include developing digital campaigns, managing content calendars, monitoring engagement metrics, overseeing digital communications platforms, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to enhance customer, employee, and community engagement. The successful candidate will be a forward-thinking leader with excellent project management abilities, a deep understanding of evolving digital trends and best practices, and the ability to translate strategic objectives into impactful digital experiences.
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related field
- 10+ years of progressive experience in communications, with a strong emphasis on digital strategy
- Experience serving as a trusted advisor to senior leaders while managing highprofile communications and engagement efforts
Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
