Shift Leader

Position Summary Einstein Bros. Bagels is hiring a Shift Leader to collaborate with the General Manager and motivate the team to deliver an exceptional guest experience. The Shift Leader will open and close the store, coach team members, and maintain a safe and clean environment. Responsibilities Collaborate with the General Manager to set team morale and tone. Provide feedback and coach team members. Open and close the store with minimal supervision. Ensure food and beverage quality and maintain a clean, safe environment. Perform other duties as assigned by management. Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum age 18 years. Ability to work varied hours including early mornings (as early as 3 a.m.) and weekends. Pass background check as required by local, state, and federal law. Possess, or be able to obtain, a ServSafe Certification before leadership training. Current, valid, state‑issued driver’s license preferred (required at certain locations).
