The Talent Enablement & Organizational Development Lead is responsible for creating and leading organizational development initiatives that improve employee engagement, retention, leadership development, and career advancement. This role will oversee talent strategies for physicians, clinical leadership, and Clinical Research Coordinators while building scalable learning and development programs that support long-term organizational success. The Talent Enablement & Organizational Development Lead is responsible for creating and leading organizational development initiatives that improve employee engagement, retention, leadership development, and career advancement. This role will oversee talent strategies for physicians, clinical leadership, and Clinical Research Coordinators while building scalable learning and development programs that support long-term organizational success. Primary Responsibilities:
- Develop long-term career architecture and retention strategies for Network Physician Leads (NPLs).
- Advise leadership on incentive and performance-based compensation models that support retention.
- Partner with HR Business Partners to design compensation, bonus, and recognition programs.
- Build onboarding, engagement, succession planning, and recognition programs for NPLs, Principal Investigators (PIs), and Clinical Research Coordinators (CRCs).
- Design and lead a Clinical Research Coordinator (CRC) Academy with structured training, competency-based certifications, mentorship, and career progression from CRC I CRC II Senior CRC Team Lead.
- Develop oncology-specific competency frameworks, Individual Development Plans (IDPs), career pathways, and succession planning initiatives.
- Lead targeted retention initiatives and recommend operational or compensation improvements based on workforce data.
- Partner with HR, Talent Acquisition, Operations, physician leadership, academic institutions, and vendors to recruit and develop talent.
- Build and monitor workforce dashboards and KPIs, including turnover, promotion rates, training completion, clinician engagement, and retention metrics.
- Conduct ROI analyses and manage budgets for training, retention, and talent development programs.
- Present workforce insights and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
- Support organizational change management and leadership development initiatives.
- Represent the organization professionally with employees, vendors, and business partners.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- Hybrid work environment with both onsite and remote responsibilities.
- Flexible schedule may be required to support clinical operations.
- Daily computer use with extended periods of sitting or standing.
- Must have reliable transportation and the ability to travel between locations as needed.
- Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field required.
- Master's degree preferred.
- 5-8+ years of experience in Organizational Development, Human Resources, or Talent Management.
- Healthcare or Clinical Research experience preferred but not required.
- Demonstrated experience designing and implementing talent development programs, learning academies, competency frameworks, and retention strategies.
- Experience with instructional design, Learning Management Systems (LMS), and blended learning.
- Strong knowledge of HR analytics, dashboards, workforce metrics, and ROI analysis.
- Excellent consulting, facilitation, communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience supporting organizational change and transformation initiatives.
- Strong project management, problem-solving, and analytical abilities.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office 365.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
