Talent Development Lead, HR Programs & Process Improvement

Hilltop Holdings in Dallas, Texas seeks an HR Talent Development Specialist to manage core HR talent processes, compliance, and project management. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field and 5 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 2 years in a related HR function. Responsibilities include maintaining HR processes, leading audits, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
