Healthcare Coordinator-NEW CITY, NY

We are currently seeking a friendly, organized, and motivated Healthcare Coordinator to join our growing medical team. In this role, you will help ensure that patients receive excellent service from the moment they contact or arrive at the office. What We Offer Consistent weekday schedule — no evenings or weekends Competitive compensation Supportive team environment Opportunities for long-term professional growth Primary Responsibilities Coordinate daily patient scheduling and appointment flow Greet and assist patients in person and by phone Support providers with patient follow-up coordination Confirm insurance eligibility and assist with authorization requests Maintain accurate documentation within the electronic health record system Obtain and document patient vital signs as needed Assist with general front office and patient support duties Requirements At least one year of experience in a medical office setting required Prior experience as a Patient Care Coordinator, Medical Assistant, or similar healthcare support role preferred Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems, preferably eClinicalWorks (eCW) Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently Highly organized with strong attention to detail Schedule Three days per week (flexible)

9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
