Pay: Paid Training: Earn $2500 during training period Uncapped income based on performance (Commission) Expected earnings in the first year: $85,000-$120,000 Top performers can earn $200,000 annually Performance Bonus (Hitting Key Career Production Metrics): $3000 after first 90 days, $5000 after first six months, $10,000 after 12 months. $18,000 FIRST YEAR in GROWTH BONUS!
