This role supports the sales team by preparing quotes, processing orders, and maintaining accurate customer records. Daily responsibilities include responding to customer inquiries, coordinating with manufacturers and internal teams, and ensuring timely follow-up to support sales opportunities. The specialist will assist with tracking shipments, helping resolve basic service questions, and contributing to customer satisfaction through clear, professional communication. This position offers exposure to B2B commercial electronics sales operations and opportunities to learn and grow within a collaborative environment. Qualifications Interest or experience in Inside Sales and Sales Operations to support quoting, order processing, and pipeline activities. Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction focus, with the ability to respond promptly and professionally to client needs. Effective Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication with customers, vendors, and team members. Basic proficiency with office productivity tools (e.g., email, spreadsheets, CRM systems) and ability to learn new software quickly. Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Collaborative mindset and willingness to take direction, ask questions, and support team goals. High school diploma or equivalent required.
