Territory Sales Manager

We are looking for a Territory Sales Manager to lead commercial growth within an assigned territory by developing customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving ambitious sales objectives. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute the commercial strategy for the assigned territory. Achieve sales targets and drive sustainable business growth. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key accounts. Identify new business opportunities and monitor market trends and competitors. Lead and support the sales team to ensure high performance. Manage sales activity through CRM and prepare accurate reports. Negotiate commercial agreements and deliver excellent customer service. Represent the COMPAC® brand and ensure compliance with company policies and values. Requirements: Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field. Proven experience managing sales teams and developing commercial strategies. Strong commercial, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Experience using CRM systems and analysing sales performance. Fluency in English is required. Proficiency in Spanish at B2 level is an advantage. #J-18808-Ljbffr COMPAC
