About Us

Creative Wellness Massage is a boutique clinical massage practice in Montgomery, Ohio. We work with active adults who want to stay that way. Our clients are not looking for spa relaxation. They have pain, dysfunction, or performance goals — and they want results.

Our team specializes in treating root causes, not symptoms. That includes TMJ disorder, chronic pain, prenatal care, lymphatic conditions, deep tissue work, and movement and mobility. We were named Best Massage Therapist in Cincinnati by CityBeat in 2026.

The Opportunity

We are a busy, growing practice with more client demand than our current team can absorb. This position starts part-time with a clear path to full-time as we continue to grow. We are looking for a clinically trained LMT who is serious about their craft and serious about client outcomes. This is a 1099 independent contractor position with a competitive commission split.

Part-time and full-time schedules available, including weekends.

Required

• Active Ohio LMT license in good standing
• Clinical experience treating chronic pain, neck dysfunction, or craniofacial conditions
• Strong understanding of anatomy and treatment planning
• Exceptional client communication and follow-through
• Comfort working with a client population seeking results, not relaxation

Preferred

• Experience treating TMJ disorder — both assessment and hands-on treatment
• Lymphatic drainage certification (MLD or equivalent)
• Training in prenatal massage, deep tissue, assisted stretching, or structural work
• Weekend availability
• Openness to collaboration and continuing education
