We strive to have a remarkable impact on people's lives across several key therapeutic areas – immunology, oncology, neuroscience, and eye care – and products and services in our Allergan Aesthetics portfolio.Job DescriptionSr. Clinical Data Scientist (RBQM Analytics), AbbVie Inc., North Chicago Illinois, IL, Hybrid (onsite 3 fixed days a week/ 2 days WFH/remote).Key ResponsibilitiesLead design & implementation of Machine Learning models for Clinical insights.Use statistical methods to develop prototypes & algorithms.Leverage emerging statistical methodologies, ML & AI to drive innovative analytical solutions to create insights.Experiment & recommend additional techniques to solve business problems with cross-functional teams.Ensure adherence to federal regulations & applicable local regulations, Good Clinical Practices (GCPs), ICH Guidelines, company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), & to functional quality standards.Identify business needs & support creation of standard KPIs, reports, & statistical analyses.QualificationsEducation & ExperienceMust have a Bachelor's degree in bioinformatics, data science or statistics, & 2 years of progressive work experience in data science role.Of experience required, must have 2 years:programming using R & Python to support data analysis;building dashboard for data visualization using tools such as Spotfire, Tableau & MS power PI;building statistical models to support clinical trials analytics & identify data-driven insights; &reading & understanding clinical protocol for analysis design.Work experience may be gained concurrently.Salary Range: $124,184.48 - $183,500.00 per year.We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off (vacation, holidays, sick), medical/dental/vision insurance and 401(k) to eligible employees. Employees who are site/office-based and can occasionally perform their role virtually work both in the office and remotely*, following the policies and regulations in place at their location. US Employees must be in the office on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday with flexibility to work remotely on Mondays and Fridays.
