Talent Acquisition Assistant

Our client, a leading organization in talent acquisition, is seeking a Talent Acquisition Assistant to join their team. As a Talent Acquisition Assistant, you will be part of the Human Resources Department supporting the Recruitment Team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a proactive attitude which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Talent Acquisition Assistant

Location: Indianapolis, IN

Pay Range: $25.00 per hour

What's the Job?

• Coordinate recruitment activities and manage job requisitions to ensure smooth hiring processes.

• Provide administrative support, including scheduling interviews, organizing travel arrangements, and preparing reports.

• Maintain and update recruitment databases and tracking systems for accurate information management.

• Assist in preparing employment offers and supporting compliance with company policies and legal standards.

• Support process improvement initiatives to enhance candidate experience and stakeholder engagement.

What's Needed?

• Minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience or equivalent education.

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with recruitment software and databases.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders.

• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
