NEW STARTING WAGES (effective 01/01/2026): As an example, full time 2nd shift wages for a full-time team member achieving 40 hours/week: $20.65/hour starting + (up to) 52% of gross monthly earnings for full-time team members = $42,952 to $65,287 per year *Gross figures listed above do not include taxes, benefit deductions, overtime earnings, HSA/401(k) employer contributions, etc., nor do they factor in possible unpaid absences and should not be considered as a guaranteed wage* Additional wage increases occur at 1 year, 1.5 years, 2 years, 5 years, 10 years, 15 years, 20 years, etc. + an annual cost of living adjustment that is observed every January.

Production Team Member Department: Production Job title: Production Team Member Starting Rate: 1st - $19.65 2nd - $20.65/hr, 3rd & WKD - $21.65/hr Classification: Medium to heavy FLSA Status: Hourly/Non-Exempt Hours Required: 1st Shift - 10 hours: Monday-Thursday 4:30 AM to 3:00 PM 2nd shift - 10 hours: Monday-Thursday 2:45 PM to 1:15 AM 3rd shift - 10 hours: Monday-Thursday 8:00 PM to 6:30 AM WKD shift - 12 hours: Friday-Sunday 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM Breaks/Lunch: Shift times & lengths vary depending on department/shift. 1st, 2nd & 3rd shift receive 1-15 minute paid break & 1-30 minute unpaid lunch break. WKD shift receives 2-15 minute paid breaks and 1-30 paid lunch break.

Educational Requirements: High School Diploma or GED Experience: None needed. On-the-job training is provided. However, previous manufacturing experience is preferred. Candidates with previous manufacturing experience will be given preference over those without.

Reports to: Department Manager/Shift Manager/Supervisor x Full-time Role Overview: Hourly production team members are responsible for the day-to-day manufacturing of orders received by customers. These orders include, but are not limited to: architectural, residential, and commercial units, stalls, railings, windows, walls, doors, etc. Ideal candidates are those looking for long-term employment opportunities who are also interested in leadership, building teams, and improving processes.

Dress Code/Protective Gear: Work gloves, safety glasses, steel-toed or composite shoes. Certain departments within the facility do require the wear of supplied cut-resistant clothing

Essential Functions:

• Read, comprehend and execute production/scheduling plan by following the production schedule
• Operate a computer
• Manipulate knobs on machinery
• Lift up to 50 lbs, and more utilizing team lifting
• Push/pull tables and racks of glass
• Verbally communicate with other production team members to coordinate tasks
• Assist in the insurance safe working environment for self and fellow team members by addressing safety concerns, training, and by holding team members accountable to Cardinal LG's safety standards
• Is responsible for evaluating weekly punches for self via paper time edits and/or electronically via Attendance on Demand
• Works closely with Department Manager, Shift Manager, Supervisor, and/or other Production Team Members to supply necessary production information
• Follows all facility policies, rules and regulations as outlined in the Employee Handbook
• Partners with Team Members by soliciting feedback and suggestions to improve departmental function and morale
• Behaves in an ethical manner and treats fellow team members at all levels with respect and dignity
• Communicates clearly and respectfully using all mediums: electronic, written, face-to-face and telephonic
• Participates in required trainings
• Use email, phones, radios, and in-person communications

Additional Responsibilities:

• Accept more challenging assignments as experience and knowledge allows
• Train others to help them gain knowledge in your strength areas as needed
• Request additional training as concerns regarding processes arise

Minimum Qualifications:

• Read, comprehend, and speak English
• Use a pen/pencil to complete required documentation

• Previous manufacturing experience
• STRADA, CLEARPATH, Schedule knowledge and experience
