Holiday Helper

Overview As a Holiday Helper at Carter’s, you will be the first face of the brand for growing families, congratulating new parents and grandparents, introducing them to our baby essentials, and helping them prepare for their first day of school and other milestones. Responsibilities Confidently and proactively resolve customer issues while balancing multiple customers in a busy retail environment. Welcome customers with a warm greeting and provide assistance with product styles, features, and benefits. Meet customer needs by utilizing omnichannel tools as needed to ensure a positive shopping experience. Execute and expedite point‑of‑sale/register transactions. Complete floor replenishment and shipment as required. Articulate current promotional events and the brand loyalty program, including credit options, to customers. Minimize store loss by delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining a safe, clean store. Qualifications Positive, solutions‑oriented mindset. Demonstrated customer service and engagement skills. Effective and professional verbal and written communication skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Physical requirements: lift 40 pounds as needed; frequent bending, stooping, reaching, pushing, pulling; stand or walk for extended periods; climb up and down a ladder. Availability that may include days, nights, weekends, and holidays as scheduled. Relative in a management role at this store location (required).
