Key Responsibilities Ensure adequate on‑call security force to cover vacancies in assigned portfolio Oversee and monitor the scheduling of security officers and supervisors to minimize overtime Track time‑off requests, emergencies, call‑outs, and absences to maintain site coverage Audit schedules for billing accuracy, including overtime and extra coverage reports Handle administrative functions like payroll, billing data, and resolving discrepancies in WinTeam system Minimum Qualifications Ability to manage highly confidential information and prioritize tasks In‑depth knowledge of payroll processes, labor laws, and union contracts Experience with payroll/dispatching software, particularly WinTeam, is preferred Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and data entry/analysis Strong interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills, with the ability to manage stressful situations professionally Schedule Monday, Tuesday, Friday - Sunday from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM. Hourly Rate $22.00–$24.00 per hour.
