Assistant Store Manager - Spirit

Position Overview: Full‑time role available in multiple restaurants, including Mastro's Restaurants, Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers, Outback Steakhouse, Gyu‑Kaku Japanese BBQ, and others. Responsibilities Responsible for overall performance of restaurant operations under the direction or in the absence of the General Manager. Assist the General Manager in increasing sales and achieving profit goals. Supervise restaurant employees and manage daily operations. Act as manager when the manager is unavailable, handle shift scheduling, delegate tasks, restock the register nightly, and take deposits to the bank. Maintain kitchen management, food quality, and cost controls. Develop a team of dedicated people delivering great guest experiences and profitable top‑line sales.
