Position Overview

Outpatient, panel-based Physician Assistant role serving patients with complex medical and preventative care needs

Compensation

Base Salary: $148,627.20 $168,553.60

$12,400 annual access bonus paid biweekly for meeting 9-patient clinic target

Up to $44,000 annual production bonus potential

Partnership-eligible providers:

$25,000 sign-on bonus

Structured retention bonus program

Alternative sign-on and retention structure available for non-partnership track providers

$10,000 relocation reimbursement

Additional $10,000 relocation assistance available for qualifying parent or in-law relocation support

Schedule

Full-time outpatient schedule

Five 8-hour clinic shifts weekly

Clinical Support Model

2 Medical Assistants assigned per provider

0.7 RN support per provider

Integrated behavioral health services

Chiropractic and specialty consult resources

Telehealth support services

NHSC and federal loan repayment eligibility ranging from $75,000 to $300,000 depending on program participation and service commitment

Requirements

Active California Physician Assistant license or ability to obtain REQUIRED

Board Certified Physician Assistant REQUIRED

Outpatient primary care experience preferred

Three or more years of outpatient experience preferred

Comfortable managing complex primary care patients within collaborative outpatient environment REQUIRED

Passion for rural health and underserved patient populations strongly preferred

Team-oriented and mission-driven mindset REQUIRED

Spanish language skills are a plus and eligible for differential pay
