• Duration: 13 weeks with ongoing emergency medicine coverage needs

• Coverage Needs: 11-15 shifts per month
• Schedule: Variable day and night shifts, including 6a-4p, 8a-6p, 12p-10p, 3p-1a, and 9p-6a
• Department Volume: Approximately 30,000 patients annually
• ED Size: 22 beds
• Technology: EPIC EMR
• Trauma Level: Level III trauma center
• Location: Walla Walla, Washington

• Board certification in Emergency Medicine (ABEM only)
• Active Washington physician license or ability to obtain licensure
• DEA required
• At least 1 year of emergency medicine physician experience required
• Ability to provide a current CV for credentialing
• Must be able to return privilege application within 1-2 business days
• Clean file preferred for timely onboarding
• Strong clinical background in acute care, high-acuity emergency medicine, and patient stabilization

• Evaluate and manage patients in a high-volume emergency department
• Provide care across variable 10-hour shifts, including nights and weekends as needed
• Work collaboratively with a board-certified emergency medicine team
• Deliver prompt, efficient care in a Level III trauma center environment
• Stabilize and treat a broad range of emergency medicine presentations
• Coordinate with available specialty support and transfer resources when needed
• Use EPIC EMR to document patient encounters accurately and efficiently
• Maintain strong communication with the care team to support smooth patient flow
