Plant (Site) Manager

In this essential role, you will oversee the operations of a Renewable Natural Gas facility, ensuring safe and compliant processing of landfill gas. As the on-site leader, you will work closely with a talented team and various stakeholders to align operational objectives with environmental goals. Your efforts will directly enhance production efficiency and sustainability while promoting a strong culture of safety and accountability across the site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the safe and compliant operation of the Renewable Natural Gas facility, overseeing all aspects from gas collection to processing and distribution.

• Ensure operational alignment among various stakeholders, maintaining a focus on production targets and continuous improvement.

• Manage site-level performance, including safety, environmental compliance, and P&L accountability, to drive operational excellence.

• Develop, lead, and mentor a team while fostering a culture of safety, efficiency, and accountability throughout the facility.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial operations, focusing on safety compliance and operational efficiency.

• Proven supervisory experience leading teams in an industrial setting, ensuring performance alignment with production objectives.

• Demonstrated expertise in technical troubleshooting within complex operational systems, enhancing reliability and efficiency.

• Knowledge of regulatory standards and how they impact operations in the energy or renewable sectors.
