Business Process Analyst (Dealer Erp / Dynamics 365)Diversified Services Network, Inc. (DSN) is seeking a full-time Business Process Analyst (Dealer ERP / Dynamics 365) to join our team in your choice of our Phoenix, AZ, Dallas, TX, Chicago, IL or Peoria, IL office locations. If you're looking to grow your career within an extremely reputable, stable Fortune 100 company - let's talk!Position OverviewThis role owns the end-to-end business processes for the dealer ERP program, translating dealer needs into validated, documented requirements against Microsoft Dynamics 365 capabilities. The Business Process Analyst works closely with North American dealers, product teams, business stakeholders, and implementation partners to lead discovery workshops, refine requirements, and support solution design decisions. Success in this role depends on real-time engagement during U.S. business hours, frequent direct access to dealer subject matter experts, and the ability to participate in on-site workshops and process validation sessions as needed, given the complexity of dealer operations and the fast-moving, iterative nature of requirements development.Key Contributions & ResponsibilitiesOwns the end-to-end (E2E) business processes as defined by the Business Process Catalog (BPC)Defines detailed business processes across Levels 4–6, including process flows down to the L5 levelWorks with dealers to generate and document requirements based on defined business processesPartners with product teams to determine fit/gap against Dynamics 365 capabilities, and validates gap solutions with dealersLeads dealer discovery workshops, preparing materials and questions, and delivers solution demos to support dealer education and discoverySecures dealer sign-off on Functional Design Documents (FDDs)Sources insights from the Dealer Advisory Board (DAB)Maintains the Mavim repository, including process flows, documentation, and operational playbooksCoaches dealers on Dynamics 365 and the dealer ERP platform suiteConducts business process modeling, analysis, and continuous improvementTeam Structure & Work EnvironmentHybrid work model: 3 days per week onsite, based out of your choice of our Phoenix, AZ, Dallas, TX, Chicago, IL or Peoria, IL officeExtensive, day-to-day collaboration with North American dealers, product teams, business stakeholders, and implementation partnersServes as the primary interface between dealers and the product organization, requiring real-time engagement during U.S. business hours and immediate responsivenessParticipates in on-site workshops and process validation sessions as needed
