Multifamily Housing Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour Are you ready to start your career? Monarch Investment and Management Group is looking for a dynamic and professional Leasing Consultant to join our winning team. We're hiring a Leasing Consultant at Lakota Lake Apartments in West Chester, OH .

- Up to $100.00 Commissions on new lease signings
- Tuition Reimbursement
- Paid Time Off: 80 hours year 1, 120 hours year 2
- Holiday Paid Time Off
- Medical Insurance through Blue Cross/Blue Shield at $47.50/mo. plus, Dental and Vision Insurance
- Life and Disability Insurance Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities: - Greets, assists, and leases apartments to all prospective residents who enter the community
- Ensures appearance of the "model" apartment/s and target apartments are acceptable for showings
- Must be aware of the "Curb Appeal" of the property
- Creates all lease documents and facilitates getting all parties to sign where required
- Maintains and updates Property Information Handbook and Advertising Log Book
- Responsible for daily marketing efforts through Craigslist and/or other outreach
- Assists Assistant Property Manager in building and maintaining a resident relations program
- Travel is a requirement Knowledge, Skills and Experience: - Prefer 1 year experience in multifamily housing, sales or customer service field
- Must have good computer skills and be able to navigate software
- Must-engage enthusiastically with prospective and current residents
- Yardi experience a plus!
