Manufacturing Operations Manager

Job Overview
Pay Range: $65hr - $70hr
Requirement:
- Manage programs involving cross-functional teams, focusing on launching new products and services
- Focuses on the operational processes and systems that support product development and launch.
- Implement processes and methodologies to reduce operational costs for projects and services
- Woking with Productivity and Quality Data Analysis and Reporting.
- Strong task master (Organization, planning and execution) and People Manager skills.
- Familiarity with product management principles, product development methodologies (Agile) and relevant tools
- Develop and Manage End-to-end technical product solution, drive and influence cross functional teams to deliver.
- Manage cross functional programs and program stakeholders.
- Identify and mitigate risks.
- Build strong Knowledge base and training platform to effectively run program.
- Drive the architectural design for partner systems and define the processes for engagement with technical partners
- Work across research processes to scale new businesses for a large number of partners
- Good understanding of running multiple high intensity operations involving task scheduling and human operations.
- Optional: Knowledge/Experience in Robotics product Management.
