Flynn Hut joined the Pizza Hut system in 2021. In 2023, we expanded internationally acquiring Pizza Hut's master franchisee in Australia with 260+ units. Today we are the largest Pizza Hut franchisee in the world with 1200+ locations and are operating in 2 countries. We continue to grow by building new stores and acquiring other franchise operators. We are one of seven premier brands of Flynn Group, which was founded in 1999 by Greg Flynn. It has grown since then to the largest franchise operator in the world. Flynn owns and operates a diversified portfolio of restaurants in iconic, world-class brands across diverse segments, including Applebee's, Arby's, Panera Bread, Pizza Hut, Taco Bell, Wendy's and Planet Fitness. The Shift Leader training program will develop your management skills and offer future career success. All you need is the willingness to be great. Sound good? We have Same Day Pay, paid sick leave, healthcare benefits, company sponsored 401(k) plan and flexible schedules. You will begin accruing PTO after six months of continuous employment, at a rate of .0385 per hour worked, capped at 40 hours. Shift Leader Compensation Range: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour based on experience and restaurant location. There is no fixed deadline to apply for this position.
