Associate District Manager

ADP is hiring a Sales Representative, Small Business Services . Adp offers uncapped commissions, incentive trips, and career advancement opportunities in a Fortune 250 company with sales training and technology. In this role, you will work within a defined geographic territory targeting clients and prospects with 1-49 employees. You will identify and sign new clients for payroll, tax, human resources, benefits, and more, and sell additional solutions to existing clients. Daily activities include cultivating relationships, setting appointments, gathering leads, assessing client or prospect needs, presenting ADP solutions, and closing business in the field. Integrity, resilience, positivity, and a “refuse to lose” attitude are must-haves. What you’ll do (Responsibilities) Grow Our Business While Growing Yours: work independently and collaboratively as part of various teams to close sales, win business, and reach sales goals. Turn Prospects into Loyal Clients and Raving Fans: implement a sales strategy targeted to decision-makers and business owners to build a network and capture new business. Deepen Relationships Across the ADP Family: sell cloud-based human resources solutions and strategically cultivate additional business within existing accounts. Collaborate Daily: serve as a trusted advisor, partner, and ADP ambassador to clients, internal partners, and the overall network while demonstrating grace under pressure and the highest ethical standards. Required Qualifications Positive self‑starter: upbeat, persistent, able to cold‑call without fear of rejection, manage time well, and present ideas clearly. Agile solution seeker: problem‑solver who can find an answer or solution even amid fast‑paced change. Continuous learner: always learning, growing, and questioning how things were done to improve. Technology & digital acumen: comfortable leveraging modern digital tools and platforms—including AI—to work smarter and more efficiently, adopting new technologies quickly and using data to inform decisions. A college degree is great but not required. Other acceptable experiences include: One to two years of prior work experience or internships in Retail, Marketing, Business Development, Food Service, Insurance Sales, or another relevant industry, OR Military experience. Preferred Qualifications Prior quota‑carrying experience. Ability to successfully build a network and effectively use social media for sales. Base salary may vary based on location, skills, and experience. Some positions may include additional compensation in the form of bonus, equity or commissions. The compensation range is USD $40,200.00 – USD $79,800.00 per year. Actual compensation will not be less than applicable minimum wage or exempt salary requirements.
