This is part-time 16–24-hour position. Pay range: $29.00 to $33 per hour. A day in the life might include: you’ll help keep our community safe, comfortable, and in great shape. From small repairs to coordinating bigger projects, you’ll be hands-on and making a real difference every shift. planning, scheduling, participating in, and inspecting the work of outside contractors engaged in the operation, maintenance, repair, and safeguarding of buildings and Community may be on call in case of an emergency To be successful in the role, you would have: 4+ years of experience in maintenance, construction, or building trades HVAC, trade, or utilities certifications are a big plus High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record Weekend availability, plus some evenings or weekdays when needed Someone who takes pride in their work and likes getting things done What’s in it for you?
